At Deck Dynasty, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Sealed Products: Unopened and undamaged sealed products (e.g., booster packs, boxes, and starter decks) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Singles & Graded Cards: Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, we do not offer refunds on individual cards unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened sealed products
  • Digital or code cards
  • Mystery boxes or repackaged products
  • Cards showing signs of tampering or wear after receipt

Return Process

  1. Email info@deckdynasty.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. If approved, return the item in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
