1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are $15 flat rate on all orders.
  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Please note that expedited options are available at an additional cost. Please contact for express shipping.

3. Shipping Methods

We use reliable carriers such as Australia Post to ship your orders. Shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days within Australia.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days within Australia.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping to select countries.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.
  • You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas. If you provide a P.O. Box address, we may contact you to arrange a different delivery method.
  • For international orders, please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

  • Deck Dynasty is not responsible for any items lost or stolen during transit once they are handed over to the carrier.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.
  • Deck Dynasty is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
